bball

Basketball is hot in America. We went to a college game (mizzou vs Kansas city) and it's huge. Everything is huge. The stadium, the fans, the Big ass monitor, the snack bars, the attitude. So different from home. People here really cheer (the ah mahs ah gongs and the childrens too) , they have cheerleaders, and they are also totally unabashed with boo-ing at the opponent's team. Intermittently, the camera starts taking random shots of people in the audience, and if you're caught on "kiss TV" with another person, you kiss. Lesson here, don't sit in front or next to the opposite gender. HA

We had to walk there in the ice. Seriously I haven't seen so much ice before. It was brutally cold and so hard to walk in. shrudders.
